OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS

3. TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EU/EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
International transfers within BPG are governed by the EU Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses for Controllers [and for Processors].
We may also transfer your data to third-party vendors and business partners outside the EU, such as our customer relationship management systems providers HubSpot and Zoho. Where we do so, the data is used to maintain sales contact databases, inform marketing decisions and actions, report on marketing results, and improve user experience of the websites.

4. RETENTION PERIOD
